In the event a competent court rules in favor of such indirect, incidental, or consequential damages against SPEE or an individual member, you agree to limit the damage award to the price you paid to SPEE to enter this site.

You may request that SPEE remove your information from this site at any time, and SPEE will make a good faith effort to comply with that request. You may request that SPEE update the information on this site with respect to your program at any time, and SPEE will make a good faith effort to comply with that request. If the updated information is created by a program modification, SPEE may indicate that when it posts the updates. You agree that SPEE, without notice, may remove your information from the site if you violate any of these rules. You further agree that SPEE may remove all or portions of the site without notice or cause at any time.
